CodeVita 12 – Reset TOTP Credentials

Step 1: Click on Login/Register

You will find the button on the top-right of the home page.

Step 2: Click on "Deleted OTP Account?"

Step 3: Enter your Username or Email

After clicking on 'Deleted OTP Account?', enter your username or email and click on Submit button.

Step 4: Confirmation message

After you have submitted, you will get confirmation message as shown below.

Step 5: Reset Credential Mail

After successfully submitting the form you will receive a Reset Credential Mail with a link in it. Click on that link.

Step 6: Login and Setup Credentials

You will be redirected to a screen where you can scan the QR Code and configure a new OTP Account in Microsoft Authenticator App.
